To help us better serve our clients and reduce no-shows, all appointments booked online require a non-refundable booking fee. This fee will be applied toward your visit when you arrive for your appointment.
Submitting this payment does not automatically schedule your appointment.
After payment, please return to this page and click this link: Appointment Request to complete the appointment request form. This allows us to gather the information we need to schedule your pet appropriately. Appointments cannot be scheduled without a completed request.
The booking fee is non-refundable, including for missed appointments, cancellations, or if an appointment request is not submitted. This helps us reserve time for you and ensure our team and schedule are used efficiently.
Once we receive your appointment request, a member of our team will review it and reach out to confirm your appointment.
